Service Description

Players will train for one hour on ice and one hour off ice with Coach Boulier, along with current UMD women's hockey players. On ice will focus on skill development, power skating, and developing a complete hockey player. Off ice will feature stick handling, hockey specific workouts, nutrition talks, hockey IQ video sessions, UMD women's hockey Q & A and more!
